INESSCON is an engineering company that specializes in development of mass-transit power conductor technologies with a specific design focus on energy-savings products and high-efficiency electrical components. Manufacturing services are subcontracted to other firms with specialized production capabilities in order to keep product costs down. Major projects are administered through engineering consortium teams, specifically organized to suit individual projects. In addition to component design for power conductors for the transit industry, Inesscon offers a variety of other design services, mainly in the area of energy-conserving technologies. accumulated over many years in such geographically, politically and culturally diverse areas

Dietmar G. Plichta, P.E. is a native of Germany, with all of his professional credentials received in Germany through his final graduation as a mechanical engineer from the State Technological Institute in Karlsruhe. Mr. Plichta is a professional engineer registered in Germany (now also in the European Union) and in the State of California, USA (Registration No. 3781). Mr. Plichta's creative talents have been tested successfully in over 35 years of industrial experience in research, development, design, and manufacturing, with such respected companies as Honeywell, Aeroquip, General Cable/Pirelli, and Kaiser Aluminum. He has held positions from development/design engineer through facility engineering manager. Mr. Plichta's specific fields of expertise include:

Garaventa, Jr. is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in California, and has worked with numerous start-up companies in his 19 years in the business.
